1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 1111k ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user of this platform ("Player", "you", "your"). Platform includes the website, mobile browser version, and all associated services.

"Gaming services" means all casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment wagering services available on 1111k. "Account" means your personal user account registered on the platform.

These terms are prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

3 Account Registration and Management

A personal account must be created to use 1111k services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

1111k may request a national identity card or other documents as needed for verification purposes. This process is fully secure and protected by SSL encryption.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

1111k supports only the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office mobile financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet service

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

• Required verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of an active bonus are met.
• If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, every effort will be made to resolve it.
• Suspicious transactions will be subject to our security review and may be placed on hold during investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

1111k offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳11,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 total wagering required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

1111k reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time. If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the bonus and associated winnings on the relevant account will be forfeited.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

1111k is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or automated software.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other players.
• Deliberate misuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

If these prohibitions are violated, 1111k reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all funds. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

9 Dispute Resolution

10 Changes to Terms, Account Closure and Termination

1111k reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Reasons for account closure:

• At the player's own request, at any time.
• By 1111k for serious violation of the terms.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (in accordance with the applicable policy).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

At the time of account closure, the available balance (if any and if there is no dispute) will be made available for withdrawal, unless forfeited due to a violation.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Failure by 1111k to immediately enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
